The equipment realizes manual loading, subsequent pole position correction, and lamination processes using fully automatic methods. It has the characteristics of high registration efficiency and high lamination accuracy. The device is designed to have a maximum thickness of 200 * 200mm cells, and different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the jig. It is very suitable for the research and development of laminated lithium ion batteries and sample production. The equipment adopts a single cantilever structure design, with automatic constant tension control of the coil isolation membrane, and a motor driving the membrane to move left and right to achieve a Z-shaped lamination.
